We have over thirteen years of experience successfully managing single family homes and multiplex units in the Portland Metro area. We began managing properties in 2005 that had problem tenant issues and needed physical upgrades and restoration. Through successfully completing these projects and others as well as finding responsible tenants we gained a greater understanding in successfully resolving owner and tenant needs and desires as well as effectively managing the property itself. These projects and others have given us a broad and deep understanding of building codes and health and safety issues impacting properties we manage. This enables us to better assess the specific needs of each property. In this way we are able to effectively provide repair and health and safety solutions that enhance the value of the property and quality of the living environment for the tenant.
We are continually focused on the ongoing changes in Oregon to landlord tenant law. We attend industry classes and seminars to stay on top of changes in law that will impact owner legal exposure. We do this to provide up to date accurate landlord tenant law advice to our owners and responsive direction to tenants.
Communication is critical and we strive to provide timely responsive replies to landlord and tenant inquiries and issue resolution.
